There is a buckle on the crown piece so that the donkey's ears do not have to be bent when putting the halter on. The Weanling Miniature Donkey Halter fits most miniature donkeys 6 months of age to 1 year. The nose circumference adjusts from approximately 14" to 18". The measurement from one of the side nose rings, around the crown/poll down to the other nose ring adjusts from 22" to 25". Please measure before ordering or give us a call to help with sizing.
