This tomato is just 3" long by 1" in diameter but stands out in the garden with gold flecks on bright red skin. It is an exceptionally sweet snacking tomato with a brix reading of 10.0. The brix rating measures the sucrose or sugar content in a tomato. 10.0 is at the high end of the scale with most tomatoes falling in the 3.5 to 5.5 range. You will notice that the green sepals at the base of the stem are long, thin and pointed. Photos: Foster Hill Farm
